Winos, Hello!!

Dear my friends,

I will get into the groove of things and post a more serious post later (although who's to say what is really serious these days?), but for now, I will indulge in a serial ramble about one of my favorite topics.

Wine.

I am a wino. This, fact. Let us continue. I'm not a snob...actually, I am so much of a not-wine-snob wino that I have no working knowledge of such things. I simply partake. So, even though I will be writing on other topics, I aim to fondly return to my sustaining love...and hopefully yours...in efforts to understand and commit to it more fully. Your input is greatly appreciated...here I go:

Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon. It's great. Well, I had a Blue Crush and two whiskey/sprites before, so perhaps my palate is not unbiased. But sitting here in the house of an old friend, heretofore estranged due to an incident involving a futon and the rain, I can declare with no reservation or shame, this wine beats Big Flat any day. My friends, in a real-life situation, as things go, I can say it's a game of comparisons. Buy this wine! Drink it when you hang out with stoner computer programmers with big dogs and bad beer.
